Design of rail type eel group feed transport and feeding vehicle
In this paper,the working principle and design idea of a track type automatic transport and feeding vehicle for eel pel-lets are described.The transport vehicle can transport the bucket filled with pellet feed from the mixing room to the designated posi-tion of the breeding workshop,and realize the automatic turnover of the feed bucket,so that the group feed in the feed bucket is poured into the bait table of the breeding tank for eels to eat.The whole strength of rotating rod can meet the design requirement by fi-nite element simulation.The machine can replace manpower to complete the feeding process of eel feed,save labor costs,improve pro-duction efficiency,and greatly enhance the mechanization rate of eel farming process.
