目前竹加工企业都是采用人工方式将竹片逐根喂入精刨机,劳动强度大,生产成本高,因此研制一种机构将碳化、烘干后的竹片有序、快速地送入精刨机,是目前竹加工企业亟待解决的问题.文章设计了一种自动竹片精刨喂料机构,通过设置单片竹片分离装置、限位装置和送料装置,可替代目前人工送料方式,生产效率与人工喂料方式持平.
A design of automatic feeding machine for bamboo slice precision planing
Currently,bamboo processing enterprises use people to feed bamboo slices into precision planers one by one,which results in high labor intensity and production costs.Therefore,the development of a mechanism to feed bamboo chips into fine planer in an orderly and fast way after charring and drying is a problem to be solved by bamboo processing enterprises at present.This arti-cle proposes an automatic feeding mechanism for bamboo chip precision planing,which can replace the current manual feeding meth-od through the setting of a single bamboo slice separation device,a positioning device,and a feeding device,and the production effi-ciency is on par with the efficiency of manual feeding.
