The 14th five-year plan is the five-year period of the great development of China′s vocational education.Under the guidance of the"Double-height Plan",colleges and universities continue to increase their investment in instruments and equipment,the types and quantities of the laboratory equipment procurement in higher vocational colleges are increasing rapidly.From the per-spective of"Double-high plan"and the demand management of government procurement,this paper expounds the main problems ex-isting in the construction of laboratory in higher vocational colleges.Combined with the"Measures for the Managament of Government Porcurement Requirements",the paper puts forward to perfect the procurement management system,to press the main responsibility of the buyer,to do the actual procurement project preliminary work,and to strengthen the construction of the laboratory procurement team,optimize the purchasing team structure and other measures to optimize the planning of laboratory equipment procurement,so as to solve the problems of laboratory procurement at this stage.
