The automatic loading and unloading device is an indispensable part of the automatic processing production line.The device consists of vibrating feeder,contact material channel,distributing mechanism,relay contact sensing device and manipulator to realize automatic feeding,picking and discharging.This paper presents an improvement on the distributing mechanism and feeding manipulator based on the problems of the current relay contact shifting fork feeding mechanism in the process of material pickup,han-dling and placement.The precise arrangement of the relay contact sensing device can automatically detect the feeding,distributing,picking and handling of materials,which strengthens the self-adaptation ability of the manipulator,ensures the stability and reliabili-ty of the feeding process,and improves the production efficiency.
