Calibration method and influence analysis of wet surface durometer for casting
Wet mold surface hardness tester for casting is mainly composed of indenter,indicator,test force mechanism and other components.It is used to measure the surface hardness of wet mold casting.It is widely used in the field of construction engineering to check the compactness of sand mold through the hardness value of sand mold.Therefore,this paper introduces the working principle and application of wet surface durometer for casting,establishes the measuring model of the calibration results of wet surface durome-ter for casting,analyzes the main sources of each uncertainty component,analyzes and evaluates the synthetic uncertainty combined with the concrete data of measurement examples,calculates each uncertainty component and obtains the synthetic uncertainty and ex-tended uncertainty.Finally,the calibration and measurement capability of the project can be obtained,which provides technical sup-port for the construction engineering industry.
