随着航空制造技术向着数字化、自动化和智能化方向发展,国内高性能飞机对装配精度的要求也越来越高.传统的直尺、塞尺等测量工具无法满足现场快速、精确测量,特别是装配结构空间具有一定的平面阶差、狭小空间内两零件间距的测量等操作要求较高的情况下.常用的激光跟踪仪、照相测量设备、激光雷达等数字化测量设备使用成本高、操作复杂,要求操作人员需有一定的数字化测量设备操作知识.现阶段生产线上这种专业设备和专业工作人员尚未配备齐全.文章基于飞机部件装配配合尺寸测量技术需求,开展通用、易操作、低成本的测量工具设计、研制,能够满足现场快速、高效、低成本的测量要求,可以广泛推广应用.
Design and application of measuring tools for fitting dimensions of aircraft component assembly
With the assembly requirements of domestic high-performance aircraft,aviation manufacturing technology is develop-ing towards high-quality digitalization,automation and intelligence,and the requirements for assembly accuracy are getting higher and higher.Traditional measuring tools such as rulers and feeler gauges cannot meet the requirements of rapid and accurate on-site measurement,especially for the measurement of plane step differences with a certain distance in the assembly structure space and the distance between two parts in a narrow space.Common digital measuring equipment such as laser trackers,photogrammetric equip-ment and lidar have high costs,complex operations,and operators need to have certain knowledge of operating digital measuring equipment.At present,such professional equipment and professional staff on the production line are not fully equipped.Based on the requirements of component assembly and dimensional measurement technology,the design and development of general,easy to oper-ate and low cost measurement tools are carried out,which can meet the requirements of fast,efficient and low cost measurement on site and can be widely applied.
