风险管理是科研项目顺利进行和高质量完成的重要保障.文章概述了风险管理的理论框架,针对高技术、多单位合作以及跨学科科研项目进行风险识别;采用概率-影响矩阵法、敏感性分析法和贝叶斯网络分析法进行风险评估;最后依据评估结果提出了相应的应对策略.系统性的风险管理对于科研融合与创新、提升科研项目成功率和推动科技进步具有重要意义.
Abstract
Risk management is an important guarantee for the smooth progress and high quality of scientific research projects.The article outlines the theoretical framework of risk management elaborates on the identification of risks for high-tech,multi-unit co-operation,and cross-disciplinary research projects,and uses the probability-impact matrix method,sensitivity method,and Bayesian network analysis method for risk assessment.Finally,corresponding risk response strategies are proposed based on the assessment re-sults.Systematic risk management is of significance for scientific research integration and innovation,improving the success rate of re-search projects,and promoting technological progress.
