进入21世纪后,美国自由民主制度呈现出深度的自我困惑,美国之乱成为政治顽疾.美国政治是一个"两面神"的设计,是自由主义美国与保守主义美国的混合体,具有一定韧性和适应力.理解美国政治,需确立利益政治与身份政治相结合的分析框架,分析在不同生态环境下美国政治周期的治乱转化.不同于利益政治造就的充斥着物质性与既定性的混乱,美国的身份政治充斥着认知的消极性、情感的负面性与行为的激进性,爆发出更强的破坏效力.随着身份政治的强势崛起,美国政治运行基础正在发生从利益政治主导向身份政治主导的位移,而逐渐崛起的Z世代成为推动身份政治演进和变革的主力军,在这一位移过程中正在且将会发挥着重大作用.
Abstract
After entering the 21st century,the American liberal democratic sys-tem has shown deep self-confusion,and the chaos in America has become a persistent political disease American politics is a"Janus-faced"design,a mixture of liberal and conservative America with a certain resilience and adaptability.To understand American politics,we must establish an ana-lytical framework that combines interest politics with identity politics and analyze the transition from governance to chaos in the American political cycle under different ecological environments.Different than the chaos cre-ated by interest politics that is filled with materiality and givenness,Ameri-can identity politics is filled with cognitive negativity,emotional negativity,and behavioral radicalness,and has exploded with a strong destructive effect.With the sharp rise of identity politics,the basis of American politi-cal operations is shifting from dominant interest politics to the dominance of identity politics,and the gradually rising Generation Z has become the main force promoting the evolution and change of identity politics.This shift is ongoing and will play a significant role.
