摘要
冷战时期,美国依靠遏制战略完胜苏联,赢得了冷战胜利.2017年以来,美国将中国定性为首要战略竞争对手,对华实施全方位遏制打压,对华遏制战略逐渐成型.本文从遏制战略的逻辑起点、潜在对象、最高目标、战略途径、动员策略、战略部署六个方面,考察了遏制战略背后的国际关系理论、美式战略思维和社会文化心理,力求从根子上回答美国"为什么遏制"和"怎么遏制"对手国家这两个重要问题,从而为研判美国对华遏制战略的策略方法、手段运用和发展趋向提供参考.
Abstract
Containment is a theory of great power competitive strategy,formed in the process of containing rival states like the Soviet Union by the United States.It provided important theoretical guidance for the United States to win the Cold War.With the United States pushing forward its strategic competition against China in a full-fledged manner,the element and tend-ency of containment in its China policy is increasingly obvious.From the perspectives of logical start,strategic approach,highest goal,mobilization strategy,potential target,and strategic deployment of containment,this pa-per tries to explore the underlying thinking of international relations,the logic of great power competition and the social-cultural psychology behind containment theory.Its aim is to gain a fundamental understanding of the intrinsic logic and cognitive psychology of containment theory so as to pro-vide reference for projecting the strategies,methods,means and tendency of the United States containment policy toward China.
