粉煤灰酸法改性及其对焦化废水深度处理的实验研究

采用硫酸对粉煤灰进行改性,并将改性后的粉煤灰用于焦化废水深度处理.根据处理效果,确定粉煤灰最佳改性条件为:H+浓度1.75 mol/L,改性温度常温,改性时间2h,每升废水中改性后粉煤灰投加量10 9,水处理pH 3.0~4.5.在此基础上,探讨二氧化硫改性粉煤灰的可行性.实验结果表明,二氧化硫可对粉煤灰进行改性,废水COD去除率和浊度去除率分别达到77.7%和96.7%.
Experimental Study on Acid Modification and Application of Fly Ash in Advanced Treatment of Coking Wastewater
Fly ash was modified by H2SO4.The modified fly ash was used in the advanced treatment of coking wastewater.The modification conditions optimized according to the treatment effects were as follows:c (H+)=1.75 mol/L,room temperature,activation time 2 h,modified fly ash 10 g,pH 3.0-4-.5.On this basis,the study on the feasibility of modification by sulfur dioxide was carried out.The results showed that sulfur dioxide could be used as fly ash modifier.The removal rate of COD and turbidity could reach 77.7% and 96.7%,respectively.
