摘要
发展煤制天然气煤炭清洁转化技术,可减少直接燃煤造成的环境污染,缓解国内天然气供需矛盾.介绍了近年来中国能源的消费结构、天然气供需情况和国内煤制天然气项目概况,探讨了目前发改委已核准的煤制天然气项目盈利能力较差的主要原因,以及"十三五"规划煤制天然气示范项目的进展、工艺技术及装备能力现状.以某40亿m3/a煤制天然气项目为例,对项目的经济性进行了粗略测算,得出煤价是影响项目收益的关键因素.最后对中国发展煤制天然气产业的机遇与挑战进行了分析.
Abstract
To develop the converting technology of clean utilization of coal to synthetic natural gas (SNG) can reduce the environmental pollution caused by direct coal combustion and alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of natural gas in China. China′s consumption structure of energy, the situation of natural gas supply and demand, and general situation of domestic coal-to-SNG projects in recent years were introduced in the paper. The main reasons for the poor profitability of the coal-to-SNG projects approved by National Development and Reform Commission and the progress, technology and equipment capability status of coal-to-SNG demonstration projects listed in the 13th five-year plan were analyzed. One coal-to-SNG project with the capacity of 4 billion m3/a was taken as an example to conduct the rough economic analysis, which showed that coal price was the key factor affecting project revenue. Finally, the opportunities and challenges of coal-to-SNG industry development in China were analyzed.
