Optimization of chilled water system in dry pulverized coal gasification plant
The process of dry pulverized coal gasification plant and its chilled water system was introduced.In view of the problem of the"flow deflection"in the chilled water system of the semi waste boiler process in the actual operation of the dry pulverized coal gasification plant,the resistance drop of each branch line was calculated and analyzed to find out the reasons of the flow deflection,and the process configuration of the chilled water system was optimized accordingly based on the calculation.By appropriately setting the control valve,adding the water spray line and rinse line,the problem was fundamentally solved.
