Study on analysis of naphthalene content in coal tar with distillation chromatography
Naphthalene content in coal tar is an important indicator of tar ex-factory test.Aiming at the problem that chromatographic analysis of naphthalene in coal tar would block the chromatographic column,the study was made to use distillation-chromatography to analyze the naphthalene content in coal tar.The coal tar was distilled by the insulation device,and the distillate below 350℃was collected.Tetrahydronaphthalene was used as the internal standard,the naphthalene content in the distillate was analyzed by gas chromatography,and then the naphthalene content in coal tar was calculated.The experimental results showed that this method had good accuracy and precision and could prevent coal tar from blocking the chromatographic capillary column.
