Industrial application of RTO device in treatment of VOCs in rectisol tail gas
In recent years,the treatment of VOCs in the tail gas from rectisol in coal chemical industry has received widespread attention.The principle and process flow of the five-chamber RTO process as well as its application in the treatment of VOCs in rectisol tail gas of Jinkong Jinshi Chemical Co.,Ltd.were introduced.The operation of the device showed that the RTO device could meet various technical and environmental requirements for the treatment of VOCs in rectisol tail gas,and the emitted flue gas met relevant emission standards.The annual waste gas treatment capacity of this device could reach 4.8×102 million m3,reducing the concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons in the emitted flue gas to 10 mg/m3-30 mg/m3.While treating VOCs in the waste gas,low-pressure steam could be produced as a byproduct,generating certain economic benefits.
