介绍了余热回收溴化锂制冷机组的工作原理,针对鑫润公司 60 万t/a草酸技改乙二醇装置存在的1.0 MPa(G)蒸汽冷凝液大量直排、所含余热未进行利用的问题,进行了技术改造,即在乙二醇冷冻站新增吸收式溴化锂制冷机组系统,利用凝液余热制取冷冻水.改造后,热能浪费问题得到了有效解决,每年可节约电能2 740.53 万kW·h,相当于节约标准煤 3 368.11 t、减少CO2 排放量 15 629.24 t.
Technical transformation analysis of steam condensate waste heat recovery via absorption lithium bromide refrigeration unit
The working principle of lithium bromide refrigeration unit for waste heat recovery was introduced.In view of the problem that a large amount of 1.0 MPa(G)steam condensate was directly discharged and its waste heat had not been utilized in Xinrun Company's 600000 t/a oxalic acid to ethylene glycol plant,the technical renovation was carried out,namely the new absorption lithium bromide refrigeration unit system was added to the ethylene glycol refrigeration station,and the waste heat of condensate was used to produce chilled water.After the renovation,the problem of heat energy waste had been effectively solved,which could save 27 405300 kW·h electricity per year,equivalent to saving 3 368.11 t of standard coal and reducing the cardon dioxide emissions of 15 629.24 t.
