摘要

针对某制药企业废水处理站原工艺流程缺少厌氧、缺氧处理单元等问题导致的装置无法按原有设计处理能力正常运行、无法达标排放,进行了相应的技术改造.在原有处理工艺"预处理+水解酸化+好氧处理"的基础上,新增了升流式厌氧污泥反应器(UASB)单元和芬顿氧化处理单元等流程.改造后的现场运行效果良好,出水水质远优于GB 8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》中的相关指标要求.

Abstract

The existing process of the wastewater treatment station of one pharmaceutical enterprise had problems such as lack of anaerobic and anoxic treatment units,which made it impossible to operate normally as per designed treatment capacity and unable to meet the standard for discharge.Thus,corresponding technological transformations had been carried out.On the basis of the original treatment process of"pretreatment + hydrolysis acidification + aerobic treatment",the new UASB unit and Fenton oxidation treatment unit were added.After the transformation,the effluent quality was much better than the relevant indicator requirements of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996).
