基于STM32的干熄焦循环气体检测系统的设计

焦炭在干熄焦系统的冷却罐中与循环气体里的CO2 和H2O(g)发生烧(溶)损反应,会影响焦炭质量并造成焦炭产量下降.为了考察干熄焦系统循环气体中不同组分体积分数的变化对焦炭质量的影响,设计了一款基于STM32 单片机的干熄焦循环气体体积分数检测系统.该检测系统主要包括硬件和软件两部分,其中硬件部分选择了STM32 系列中的STM32F103RCT6 作为系统的主控芯片,利用H2、O2、CO2、CO、NO五种传感器检测气体中不同组分体积分数;软件部分设计了上位机软件,将传感器检测到的气体组分体积分数数据实时生成动态曲线,同时实现数据在液晶显示屏上显示,并将数据保存至SD卡中.经试验验证,检测系统实际使用效果良好,除可以连接上位机使用外,也可以作为便携式设备随时使用.
Design of CDQ circulating gas detection system based on STM32
Coke could have burning(solvation)reaction with CO2 and H2O(g)of circulating gas in the cooling tank of the CDQ system,which could affect the quality of coke and lead to a decrease in coke production.In order to investigate the impact of variations in the volume fractions of different components in the circulating gas of the CDQ system on the quality of coke,the detection system of CDQ circulating gas volume fraction was designed based on the STM32 single-chip microcomputer.The detection system mainly consisted of two parts:hardware and software.For the hardware,STM32F103RCT6 of STM32 series was selected as the main control chip of the system,H2,O2,CO2,CO and NO sensors were utilized to detect the gas volume fraction.For the software,the upper computer software was designed to generate the dynamic curves in real time from the gas volume fraction data detected by the sensors.Meanwhile,the data could be displayed on LCD and saved to SD card.Experimental verification confirmed that the detection system had good performance in practice,and in addition to connecting to the upper computer software,it could also be used as a portable device.
