Study on coking test of bituminous coal blending for blast furnace injection
In order to enlarge the coking coal resources and optimize the coal blending structure,combined with the coking theory of bituminous coal blending,the industrial iron drum test of bituminous coal for blast furnace injection was carried out,the property change of blended coal and the quality of coke made from blended bituminous coal were analyzed.The results showed that the coal blending structure could be effectively optimized by appropriately increasing 1/3 coking coal,reducing the ratio of gas coal,and controlling the mass fraction of blended bituminous coal at 2%-3%,so as to keep the ash,sulfur and volatile of the blended coal in a stable state,improve the mechanical strength and thermal strength as well as lump size of the coke,and reduce the cost of coal blending.The coal blending cost could be reduced by 15.60 yuan/t when the mass fraction of the blended bituminous coal was 2%.
