水煤浆添加剂TS-M1对几种煤成浆效果的试验研究

为了考察复合高效水煤浆添加剂TS-M1 在水煤浆制浆中的整体成浆效果,以 4 种特定的煤种为制浆对象,对煤浆质量分数、黏度、流动性及稳定性等进行了量化分析.试验结果及现场应用情况表明:针对煤气化项目现场的应用条件及 4 种特定煤种,复合高效水煤浆添加剂TS-M1 在常规添加量 1‰~4.5‰范围内,可制得最高成浆质量分数分别为 64%、63.5%、65%和 68%的水煤浆,同时能保持良好的煤浆黏度、流动性及稳定性.
Experimental study on effect of TS-M1 additive on several kinds of coal water slurry
In order to investigate the overall slurrying effect of the composite high-efficiency coal water slurry additive TS-M1 in coal water slurry preparation,the coal slurry concentration,viscosity,fluidity and stability of four specific coal types were quantitatively analyzed.Test results and field application showed that:for the application conditions of coal gasification project site and four kinds of specific coal,the composite high-efficiency coal water slurry additive TS-M1 could make coal water slurry with a maximum mass fraction of 64%,63.5%,65% and 68% respectively within the range of 1‰-4.5‰ of the conventional addition,while maintaining good coal slurry viscosity,fluidity and stability.
