针对瓦斯蓄热氧化井筒加热系统存在的智能化水平落后于实际生产需求,影响生产效率和生产安全的问题,在原瓦斯蓄热氧化井筒加热控制系统初步具备远程控制的基础上,开展了智能化相关研究.介绍了瓦斯蓄热氧化井筒加热系统的工艺单元结构,重点分析了系统监控远程化、调控智能化、故障诊断智能化等方面的研究.某煤矿瓦斯蓄热氧化井筒加热系统智能化改造的应用案例表明:改造后的系统实现了远程监测及控制、故障智能化诊断及智能化调控功能,提高了装置运行安全性和经济性.
Research on intelligent shaft heating system with gas heat storage and oxidation
In response to the problem that the intelligence level of the shaft heating system with gas heat storage and oxidation lags behind actual production needs,affecting production efficiency and safety,based on the preliminary remote control of the original shaft heating system with gas heat storage and oxidation,research on its intelligence had been carried out.The process unit structure of the shaft heating system with gas heat storage and oxidation was introduced,with a focus on analyzing the research on the remote monitoring,intelligent regulation and intelligent fault diagnosis of the system.The application case of intelligent transformation of the shaft heating system with gas heat storage and oxidation in one coal mine showed that the transformed system had achieved remote monitoring and control,intelligent fault diagnosis and intelligent regulation functions,and improved the safety and economy of the plant operation.
