Analysis and discussion on co-processing of coal chemical wastewater and waste liquid by entrained-flow gasifier process burner
On the basis of the commonly used process burners for coal water slurry gasifiers and dry pulverized coal gasifiers, new process burner structures were proposed respectively, and the relevant issues of using two new gasifier process burners for co-processing of coal chemical wastewater and waste liquid were analyzed and discussed, mainly including process burner structure, the impact of coal chemical wastewater and waste liquid on gasification process and service life of process burners, etc. The analysis results showed that, through the calculation with Aspen Plus process simulation software, using new structure of coal water slurry process burner for co-processing of pyridine wastewater with high water content in a coal chemical enterprise would cause a slight decrease of the effective gas content in the syngas. It was recommended to take corresponding measures to eliminate the above effects. When a new type of pulverized coal process burner was used for co-processing of coal chemical wastewater and waste liquid,if the treatment amount of wastewater and waste liquid was equivalent to the steam consumption of the original process burner,it would not have a significant impact on the gasification process.
