摘要

精细化管理是一种以最大限度减少资源浪费和降低管理成本为主要目标的管理方式.介绍了工程项目管理的现状和问题,在化学工程行业市场竞争日趋激烈、管理成本日趋增长和管理要求日趋精细的背景下,分析了实施工程项目精细化管理的基本思路和必要性,并详细介绍了中国化学工程全面实施工程项目精细化管理的主要举措和取得的成效.

Abstract

Refined management is a management mode with the main goal of minimizing resource waste and reducing management costs.The current situation and problems of engineering project management were introduced.Against the backdrop of increasingly fierce market competition,increasing management costs and increasingly refined management requirements in the chemical engineering industry,the basic ideas and necessity of implementing refined project management were analyzed,and the main measures and achievements of refined project management in CNCEC were described in detail.
