Study on temperature change rule of raw gas in riser of 7.63 m coke oven of Wuhan Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.
In order to study the feasibility of the waste heat utilization project of the riser of 7.63 m coke oven in Wuhan Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.,continuous online detection of raw gas temperature at the root of the riser and the bridge pipe of the 2#carbonization chamber was carried out.It was found that the temperature at the root of the riser showed a similar Z-shaped periodic change rule during the entire coking process. The highest temperature occurred during the graphite burning stage before coke pushing, reaching as high as 1 300℃-1 400℃.The average temperature during the entire coking cycle was about 771℃.The temperature of the raw gas at the bridge pipe still maintained a relatively complete periodic pattern. And the raw gas production in a single carbonization chamber of a 7.63 m coke oven was 1 156.42 m3/h.The theoretical heat available for raw gas in a single carbonization chamber within a coking cycle was about 13.76 GJ,and the theoretical steam production(1.6 MPa saturated steam)per ton of coke was 108 kg.
