煤气化细渣脱灰提碳技术研究进展

分析了煤气化渣的组成和形貌,针对气化细渣中碳资源的特点综述了其用作燃料、吸附材料、工业材料、催化剂材料的现状.讨论了气化细渣脱灰提碳技术的分类和原理,总结了近些年相关技术的研究现状及进展.目前物理法脱灰提碳主要采用浮选法和重力分选法,两种方法各有特点,但都存在脱灰效率不高的问题;化学法采用酸碱洗的方式处理气化细渣,炭灰分离效果较好,但此过程会消耗大量的酸碱试剂.未来,应进一步探究气化细渣炭灰分离的机理及特点,开发合理且经济的脱灰提碳分离技术;同时,应加强耦合物理法和化学法的组合工艺的开发.
Research progress on coal gasification fine slag deashing and carbon extraction technology
The composition and morphology of coal gasification slag were analyzed,and the current status of its use as fuel,adsorbent material,industrial material and catalyst material was reviewed with respect to the characteristics of carbon resources in the gasification fine slag.The classification and principle of gasification fine slag deashing and carbon extraction technology were discussed,and the research status and progress of related technologies in recent years were summarized.At present,the physical method of ash removal and carbon extraction was mainly flotation method and gravity separation method,the two methods had their own characteristics,but both methods had problem of low deashing efficiency.The chemical method used acid and alkali washing to treat the gasification fine slag,the carbon and ash separation effect was good,but the process would consume a large number of acid and alkali reagents.In the future,the mechanism and characteristics of carbon and ash separation of gasification fine slag should be further explored to develop reasonable and economic separation technology for ash removal and carbon extraction;at the same time,the development of combined process of coupling physical and chemical methods should be strengthened.
