摘要

研究了采用乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定煤层水中甲醛的方法,并对检出限、精密度和准确度进行了方法验证.结果表明:甲醛检出限为 0.012 98 mg/L;对 3 种浓度的甲醛标准使用溶液样品进行测试,相对标准偏差分别为 1.54%、0.377 3%、0.168 7%;样品加标回收率在 101.01%~103.33%;以上各项指标均满足HJ 601-2011 方法要求,说明采用分光光度法可以快速准确测定煤层水中甲醛的含量.

Abstract

The method of using acetylacetone spectrophotometry to determine formaldehyde in coal seam water was studied,and the detection limit,precision and degree of accuracy were validated.The results showed that the detection limit of formaldehyde was 0.012 98 mg/L.And three concentrations of formaldehyde standard solution samples were tested with relative standard deviations of 1.54%,0.377 3%and 0.168 7%respectively.The recovery rate of sample spiking was between 101.01%and 103.33%.All the above indicators met the requirements of HJ 601-2011,indicating that the use of spectrophotometry could quickly and accurately determine the content of formaldehyde in coal seam water.
