Research on burner cap performance optimization of dry pulverized coal gasifier with burner offset angle variation
The dry pulverized coal gasification process of IGCC unit of Huaneng Co.,Ltd.was introduced.Aiming at the problem that the slag production of dry pulverized coal gasifier was greatly increased after the horizontal offset modification of the primary burner,which led to the slag overflow and leakage of the burner cap,the operation stability of the burner cap was further improved by increasing the probe depth of the burner cap,optimizing the coal blending method to control the slag production of the gasifier,and modifying the bottom cone of the pulverized coal feeding tank to stabilize the fluctuation of the coal streak.This basically prevented the burner cap from slag overflow and leakage.
