摘要

简述了低温甲醇洗工艺的发展历程,分析了鲁奇公司和林德公司开发的超大规模低温甲醇洗工艺流程的特点.以国内已投产运行的分别采用鲁奇工艺和林德工艺的两套原料气处理量超过 100 万m3/h的生产装置为例,从原料气预处理和冷却、吸收塔和热再生塔、关键工艺参数等方面分析了各自的优势与不足,并介绍了两套装置近几年在生产中出现的贫、富甲醇换热器泄漏、绕管式换热器泄漏、总硫超标等问题和采取的措施.

Abstract

The development process of rectisol technology was briefly introduced,and the characteristics of the ultra large scale rectisol process developed by Lurgi and Linde were analyzed.Taking two Chinese production units that had been put into operation and used the Lurgi process and Linde process respectively,with a feed gas treatment capacity of over 1 million m3/h,as an example,their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed from the aspects of feed gas pretreatment and cooling,absorption tower and thermal regeneration tower,key process parameters,etc.The introduction was also made on the problems occurred and measures taken during the production of the two units in recent years,such as leakage of rich and lean methanol heat exchanger,leakage of coiled tube heat exchanger and total sulfur exceeding the limit.
