某炼油厂大检修需在油品车间装卸车单元增加 7 台切断阀,动火位置特殊,动火作业处管道取样困难,并且为首次动火,工期也很紧张.鉴于此,制定了首次动火施工工艺和钻孔取样方案.详细介绍了施工前的准备工作、具体安全防护措施、钻孔取样分析工艺及作业程序.按制定的工艺实施首次动火作业,安全、高效地完成了 7台切断阀的安装,解决了检修工程中高危区域内首次动火作业的难题,并且作业过程中质量、安全等得到有效控制.
First-time hot work operation process in high risk area during the refinery plant maintenance
During the overhaul of one refinery,7 cut-off valves needed to be added in the loading and unloading unit of the oil product workshop.The hot work location was special,with difficulty in pipeline sampling at the hot work site,and it was the first-time hot work to be conducted,with a tight schedule.In view of the above situation,the first-time hot work construction process and drilling sampling plan were developed.The preparation work before construction,specific safety protection measures,drilling sampling analysis process,and operation procedures were introduced in detail.The first-time hot work was carried out according to the developed process,completing the installation of 7 cut-off valves safely and efficiently.This solved the problem of conducting first-time hot work in high risk area during the maintenance,and the quality and safety were effectively controlled during the operation process.
