介绍了聚甲醛生产工艺的节能与环保技术.从聚甲醛生产工艺的能耗分析与评估、节能技术、节能反应器的设计与优化、环保技术、综合节能与环保技术等方面进行了详细分析,以期实现聚甲醛生产工艺效率提高、生产成本降低、过程能源节约和环境污染减少,推动聚甲醛生产工艺的可持续发展.
Abstract
Energy saving and environmental protection technologies for the polyformaldehyde production process were introduced.A detailed analysis was conducted from the aspects of energy consumption analysis and evaluation,energy saving technology,design and optimization of energy saving reactor,environmental protection technology,comprehensive energy saving and environmental protection technology in the polyformaldehyde production process,in order to improve the efficiency of the polyformaldehyde production process,reduce production cost,save process energy,reduce environmental pollution,and promote the sustainable development of the polyformaldehyde production process.
