摘要

介绍了燃煤锅炉几种常用的点火方式.针对长青能化公司 3 台燃煤锅炉柴油点火及稳燃系统存在的点火和稳燃过程中油雾燃烧不完全、排放黑烟、尾部除尘器布袋阻力大等问题,利用自产清洁绿色甲醇替代柴油作为燃料,对柴油点火及稳燃系统进行了改造.改造后彻底解决了上述问题,还可节约 48%的燃料费用.此外,还解决了甲醇点火及稳燃系统出现的新问题.

Abstract

Several common ignition methods of coal-fired boilers were introduced.In view of the problems of incomplete combustion of oil mist,black smoke emission and large resistance of tail dust collector bag in the diesel ignition and combustion stabilization system of 3 coal-fired boilers in Changqing Energy Chemical Company,the diesel ignition and combustion stabilization system was reformed by using self-produced clean green methanol instead of diesel as fuel.After the transformation,the above problems were completely solved,and the fuel cost could be saved by 48%.In addition,the new problems that arose in the methanol ignition and combustion stabilization system were solved.
