A quantitative study on m-PIOT model based on methanol-to-olefins and its downstream production chain
Taking the planning data of a chemical park in western China as an example,a physical input-output model of methanol and its downstream industrial chain was established to quantitatively analyze the interaction among different product sectors of the industrial chain. The results indicated that there were lack of product sectors with strong driving force in the methanol downstream industry chain of the park. While isooctyl acrylate, mixed C4,etc.had some effects on the development of the industrial chain, the sensitivity coefficient of raw material methanol was as high as 21.808,showing strong constraint on the entire industrial chain.
