高含H2S和CO2环境下原油集输管道的腐蚀规律研究

原油中H2S和CO2 会对管壁产生腐蚀破坏,研究其腐蚀规律可为现场人员制定防治措施提供指导.以长庆油田某原油管道为研究对象,建立了高含H2S和CO2 原油管道腐蚀模型,分析了不同因素变化对管道腐蚀规律的影响.结果表明:在现场管道维护与巡检过程中,应着重注意入口端、出口端下降段、出口端爬坡段中部管壁的腐蚀情况;当原油H2S和CO2 含量较高时,其含量变化对管道沿程腐蚀状况影响很小;随着原油输送流量的增加,管道沿程腐蚀速率均有一定程度的增大;流体温度在 20℃至 70℃区间变化对管道沿程腐蚀速率的影响较小,但温度升高至 80℃后可有效降低管道的腐蚀速率;原油含水率(体积分数)在 10%至 70%区间内变化对管道腐蚀速率的影响很小,当原油含水率(体积分数)达到 90%后,管道沿程各处腐蚀速率大幅降低.
Study on corrosion rule of crude oil gathering pipeline under high H2S and CO2 environment
H2S and CO2 in crude oil will cause corrosion damage to the pipe wall,and the study of its corrosion pattern can provide guidance for field personnel to take preventive and control measures.Taking a crude oil pipeline in Changqing Oilfield as the research object,a corrosion model of crude oil pipeline with high content of H2S and CO2 was established,and the influence of different factors on the corrosion pattern of the pipeline was analyzed.The results showed that in the process of on-site pipeline maintenance and inspection,attentions should be paid to the corrosion of the pipe wall at the inlet,the descending section at the outlet and the middle of the ascending section at the outlet.When the crude oil H2S and CO2 content was high,the change of its content had little influence on the corrosion condition along the pipeline.With the increase of the crude oil transport flow,the corrosion rate along the pipeline had certain extent of increase.The change of fluid temperature in the range of 20℃to 70℃had little impact on the corrosion rate along the pipeline,but the fluid temperature increased to above 80℃could effectively reduce the corrosion rate of the pipeline.The change of crude oil moisture content(volume fraction)in the range of 10%to 70%had little impact on the corrosion rate of the pipeline.When the moisture content of crude oil reached 90%,the corrosion rate along the pipeline was greatly reduced.
