摘要

基于对煤焦油特性的分析,介绍了煤焦油加氢的目的及特点,对比了煤焦油加氢与石油馏分油加氢的不同点,详述了煤焦油固定床加氢技术、延迟焦化-加氢裂化技术、悬浮床加氢技术的特点及研究进展,并对以上三种加氢技术进行了方案比选,分析认为悬浮床加氢技术可处理全馏分煤焦油,实现装置长周期运转,加氢产品收率高,品质好,经济性更好.

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of coal tar,the purpose and characteristics of coal tar hydrogenation were introduced.The differences between coal tar hydrogenation and petroleum distillate hydrogenation were compared,and the characteristics and research progress of coal tar fixed-bed hydrogenation technology,delayed coking-hydrocracking technology and suspension bed hydrogenation technology were described in detail.The above three hydrogenation technologies were compared.It was concluded that the suspension bed hydrogenation technology could process full distilled coal tar and realize the long-term operation of the plant.The hydrogenation products had high yield,good quality and better economic benefits.
