Research on characteristics of gasification slag in GSP dry pulverized coal gasifier and analysis of its co-combustion utilization
In order to achieve the resource utilizatio n,reduction and harmless utilization of coal gasification slag,an analysis was conducted on the gasification fine and coarse slag of one GSP gasifier.The chemical composition,particle size distribution,microstructure,ash melting characteristics and combustion characteristics of the gasification slag were studied,and suggestions were put forward for its comprehensive utilization direction.The results showed that the loss on ignition of gasification coarse and fine slag was 1.14%and 35.15%,respectively,and the heat generation was 0.38 MJ/kg and 10.83 MJ/kg,respectively.The main chemical components of gasification fine and coarse slag were SiO2,Al2O3,Fe2O3 and CaO.The total mass fraction of SiO2,Fe2O3 and Al2O3 in coarse slag was 79.40%.Coarse slag could be used as raw material for building materials and construction.The specific surface area of fine slag was 203.01 m2/g,with an average pore size of 5.61 nm,which had the potential of making adsorbent and activated carbon.The combustion weight loss rate of gasification fine slag was 34.74%,which was close to its combustion loss,indicating that fine slag had certain combustion reaction activity.The increase in oxygen concentration could significantly improve the combustion characteristics of gasification fine slag.The economic analysis results of gasification fine slag co-combustion utilization showed that gasification fine slag co-combustion could not only replace some fuel coal and save fuel cost,but also achieve the resource utilization of gasification fine slag.
