摘要

变换装置作为煤化工产业中核心反应装置之一,主要承担着一氧化碳转换的功能,而变换装置工艺的选择对于装置投产运行的经济性有较大的影响.重点介绍了等温变换与绝热变换工艺流程,并从工程投资、运行安全、运行消耗、运行操作等方面对两种工艺进行了比较.

Abstract

As one of the core reactors in the coal chemical industry,the conversion unit mainly took on the function of carbon monoxide conversion.The selection of the conversion unit process had a great influence on the economy of the unit operation.The isothermal transformation process and adiabatic transformation process were compared in terms of project investment,operation safety,operation consumption and operation run.
