浸渍剂沥青的共聚合法制备与表征

为实现煤沥青的清洁、高附加值利用,以精制软沥青(RP)为原料,中低温煤焦油沥青(MLP)为添加剂,采用共聚合法制备出一种高品质浸渍剂沥青.通过单因素法确定了最佳的反应温度、反应时间以及MLP添加量.利用工业分析、元素分析、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和热重分析(TGA)等手段,对五种不同MLP添加量的共聚合沥青的基本性质、结构参数和热解特性进行详细分析;并使用黏度计分析了产品浸渍剂沥青的黏度性质.结果表明:当MLP添加质量分数为20%时,在350℃下共聚合2h得到的产物浸渍剂沥青,其软化点(SP)为 85℃、甲苯不溶物(TI)质量分数为 21.75%、喹啉不溶物(QI)质量分数为 0.25%,结焦值(CV)为 48.32%,挥发分(V)为 65.38%.此外,该浸渍剂沥青的芳香性指数(Iar)和支链化指数(CH3/CH2)分别为 0.656 8、0.599 9,热稳定性良好,并具有较低的浸渍温度.
Preparation and characterization of impregnating pitch by copolymerization
In order to realize the clean and high value-added utilization of coal pitch,the high-quality impregnating pitch was prepared through copolymerization with refined soft pitch(RP)as raw material and medium and low temperature coal tar pitch(MLP)as additive.The optimum reaction temperature,reaction time and MLP additive amount were determined by the single factor method.The basic properties,structural parameters and pyrolysis characteristics of the copolymerized pitch with five different addition volumes of MLP were analyzed in detail by means of proximate analysis,elemental analysis,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).In addition,the viscosimeter was used to analyze the viscosity properties of the impregnating pitch.The results showed that when the MLP content was 20%,the product obtained by co-polymerization at 350℃for 2 h had the softening point(SP)of 85℃,toluene-insoluble(TI)was 21.75%,quinoline-insoluble(QI)was 0.25%,coking value(CV)was 48.32%and volatile(V)was 65.38%.In addition,the aromatic index(Iar)and branched index(CH3/CH2)of the impregnating pitch were 0.656 8 and 0.599 9,respectively.The impregnating pitch had good thermal stability and low impregnating temperature.
