Study on physicochemical property and selectivity of coal-series kaolinite
The recovery of coal-series kaolinite products from coal gangue can reduce resource waste and alleviate the pressure on environmental protection.Sampling analysis was carried out on the coal gangue containing kaolinite components in the Jungar Banner area, and the basic characteristics of the coal-series kaolinite were obtained.Through the screening test evaluation, the particle size characteristics of the coal-series kaolinite were analyzed.Through the XRF analysis and float-and-sink experiments,it was concluded that the separation density should be set at 2.10 g/cm3,and the content of the corresponding separation density±0.1 was 25.68%,and for selectivity,it was a difficult-to-select material.Through the study of the distribution characteristics of valuable components SiO2 and Al2O3 in the coal-series kaolinite,it was concluded that the kaolinite component in the samples in the density range of 2.1 g/cm3 to 2.4 g/cm3 was relatively simple and the structure was compact.According to the characteristics of the energy spectrum diagram, the appearance was close to kaolinite.
