碎煤加压气化固态排渣系统工艺技术分析比较

固定床碎煤加压气化是一种重要的煤气化技术,根据其灰渣特性采取适当排渣技术是一个重要环节,目前主要有水力湿法排渣、水冷干法排渣及风冷干法排渣等排渣方式.从灰渣收集、冷却方式、综合利用、节水节能等方面对三种排渣方式进行了分析比较,认为水力湿法排渣技术成熟,但已相对落后,水冷干法排渣技术介于风冷干法和水力湿法排渣两者之间,风冷干法排渣技术具有诸多优势,但目前没有在碎煤加压气化系统的应用业绩,煤化工项目在碎煤加压气化排渣技术选择中,应综合考虑各种因素,选择与项目匹配的排渣技术.
Process technology analysis and comparison of crushed coal pressurized gasification solid slagging system
The fixed bed crushed coal pressurized gasification is an important coal gasification technology,and it is an important link to adopt appropriate slagging technology according to the ash and slag characteristics.There are mainly hydraulic wet slagging,water-cooled dry slagging and air-cooled dry slagging methods at the moment.The three slag discharge methods were analyzed and compared from the aspects of collection of ash and slag,cooling method,comprehensive utilization,water saving and energy saving,etc.It was concluded that the hydraulic wet slagging technology was mature,but it was relatively backward.The water-cooled dry slagging technology was in between the air-cooled dry slagging method and the hydraulic wet slagging method.The air-cooled dry slagging technology had many advantages,but currently it had no application reference in the crushed coal pressurized gasification system.Various factors should be considered comprehensively to select the slagging technology matching the coal chemical project.
