Application practice of calcium-based dry desulfurization in coke dry quenching process
The source and characteristics of coke dry quenching gas were introduced.In view of such problems as the large consumption of Ca(OH)2 desulfurizing agent,the blockage of Ca(OH)2 transmission pipeline and the small or non-loading of the calcium discharge valve in the process of calcium-based dry desulfurization of a coke dry quenching plant,the causes were analyzed,and corresponding solutions had been taken to achieve the purpose of saving Ca(OH)2 consumption and stable production operation.
