Engineering practice of waste heat utilization of circulating ammonia water in coking enterprises
In response to the high temperature risk,difficulty in controlling the indoor temperature,and high steam loss caused by the use of steam as a heating source in Qian'an Zhonghua Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.,a renovation project for the utilization of waste heat from circulating ammonia water was carried out.By designing a circulating ammonia water heat exchanger for heating,adopting a closed loop heating water system,adding automatic monitoring and water replenishment systems,etc.,circulating ammonia water was used to replace the original steam for heating in some areas,thus improving the safety of heating,achieving the energy conservation and emission reduction,and saving the steam cost by 1.296 million yuan annually.
