干熄焦常用放散气中CO治理技术的试验研究

干熄焦常用放散气中CO气体含量高,直接排放会对环境造成一定影响.介绍了干熄焦工艺,分析了干熄焦放散气中CO的来源、含量,结合各种CO治理技术,在统筹考虑干熄焦常用放散烟气脱硫技术基础上,分析了干熄焦放散气中CO治理的可行性路线.迁安中化公司采用低温催化燃烧工艺,进行了 168 h脱除放散气中CO的试验研究,结果表明:CO的去除率能够达到 98%以上,满足排放要求,对节能、降碳也有一定贡献.
Research on treatment technology of CO in commonly used discharged flue gas of CDQ plant
The commonly used discharged flue gas of coke dry quenching(CDQ)has high CO content,and direct emissions will have certain impact on the environment.The CDQ process was introduced,and CO source and content in commonly used discharged flue gas of CDQ were analyzed.Combined with various CO treatment technologies,based on the overall consideration of commonly used discharged flue gas desulfurization technology of CDQ,the feasible route of CO treatment was analyzed.Through the 168 h experimental study using low-temperature catalytic combustion process in Qian'an Zhonghua Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the results showed that the removal rate of CO could reach more than 98%,which could meet the emission requirements and make a certain contribution to energy saving and carbon reduction.
