介绍了唐山佳华煤化工有限公司原集气管压力调控和鼓风机前吸力调控的原理及存在的问题.根据公司实际生产情况,结合传统集气管压力调节技术,优化设计了无单管调节技术的焦炉集气管压力调节方案并投入改造应用.优化后的方案,充分利用工艺翻板阀、机前翻板阀、大循环翻板阀协调调节,并引入装煤信号,消除装煤操作对集气管总管压力的影响,实现了焦炉集气管压力的长周期稳定.
Optimization and application of pressure regulation technology for gas collection pipe of a 7 m top-charging coke oven
The principles and existing problems of pressure control in the original gas collection pipe and suction control before the blower of Tangshan Jiahua Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.were introduced.Based on the actual production situation of the company and combined with traditional gas collection pipe pressure regulation technology,a pressure regulation scheme for coke oven gas collection pipes without the single pipe regulation technology had been optimized and designed,and put into renovation and application.The optimized plan fully utilized the coordinated adjustment of process flap valve,machine front flap valve and large circulation flap valve,and coal loading signal was introduced to eliminate the pressure impact of coal loading operation on the main gas collection pipe,achieving a long term stable operation of the coke oven gas collection pipe pressure.
