高QI含量中温沥青制备中间相炭微球的研究

以高QI含量的中温沥青(HCTP)为原料,通过热缩聚法制备中间相炭微球(MCMB),考察了反应条件(反应温度、恒温时间和搅拌速率)对MCMB性质的影响.通过偏光显微镜、粒度分析仪、扫描电镜、XRD和拉曼光谱等对MCMB的粒度分布、表面微观形貌和微晶结构进行了研究.结果表明:以HCTP为原料制备MCMB的最佳反应条件为聚合温度 430℃、恒温时间 4.5 h、搅拌速率 120 r/min;在此条件下制备的MCMB球形度好,收率为 29.62%,平均粒径为20.87 μm,粒度均匀性指数为 0.93;1 100℃炭化处理后,MCMB的理想石墨化碳微晶质量分数为75.45%.
Preparation of mesocarbon microbeads(MCMB)from medium temperature pitch with high quinoline insoluble content
Medium temperature coal tar pitch with high QI content(HCTP)was used as raw material to prepare mesocarbon microbeads(MCMB)through the thermal condensation polymerization.The effects of reaction conditions(reaction temperature,constant temperature time and stirring rate)on the properties of MCMB were mainly investigated.The particle size distribution,surface morphology and microcrystalline structure of MCMB were studied in depth with polarizing microscopy,particle size analyzer,scanning electron microscopy,XRD,and Raman spectroscopy,respectively.The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions for preparing MCMB from HCTP were condensation polymerization temperature of 430℃,constant temperature time of 4.5 hours,and rotational speed of 120 r/min.The MCMB prepared under these conditions had a good sphericity with the yield of 29.62%,the average particle size was 20.87 μm,and the particle size uniformity index was 0.93.The ideal graphitized carbon microcrystalline content of MCMB was 75.45%after the carbonization at 1100℃.
