化工园区危化气体泄漏污染路径研究

根据某化工园区的平面布置建立了危化气体泄漏模型,研究了不同风速、大气稳定度等级、泄漏连接点压力下危化气体泄漏污染路径,制定了最恶劣工况下的人员逃生方案.研究结果表明:最恶劣工况中,环境风速为 9 m/s、大气稳定度等级为C、泄漏连接点压力为 5 MPa;煤制天然气扩散云团覆盖了危化品储罐区、化工一车间、二车间、泵房、仓库、消防训练场、中央控制室、操场,机修车间、餐厅和行政楼相对安全;为提高人员疏散效率、降低人员中毒风险,建议在泵房北侧、化工一车间西侧、化工二车间南侧、仓库南侧、消防训练场东侧、中央控制室东侧设置出入口.
Study on pollution path of hazardous gas leakage in chemical industrial park
A hazardous gas leakage model was established based on the layout of a chemical park,and the pollution paths of hazardous gas leakage under different wind speeds,atmospheric stability levels and leakage connection point pressures were studied.A personnel evacuation plan under the worst working conditions was developed,which could provide effective guidance for on-site engineering and technical personnel to develop emergency plan.The study results indicated that in the worst working conditions,the surrounding wind speed was 9 m/s,the atmospheric stability level was C,and the pressure at the leakage connection point was 5 MPa.The coal to natural gas diffusion cloud covered the hazardous chemical storage tank area,the first and second chemical workshops,pump room,warehouse,fire training ground,central control room and playground,while the machine repair workshop,canteen and administrative building were relatively safe.To improve the personnel evacuation efficiency and reduce the risk of poisoning,it was recommended to set up the accesses on the north side of the pump room,west side of the chemical workshop 1,south side of the chemical workshop 2,south side of the warehouse,east side of the fire training ground,and east side of the central control room.
