新疆煤在气化过程中Na形态分布的热力学模拟研究

为研究新疆煤中Na元素在气化过程中的形态分布,基于热力学平衡原理,利用Factsage软件对新疆白石湖煤和疆纳煤的气化过程开展化学热力学模拟分析.结果表明:在气化温度为 800℃~1 400℃时,疆纳煤和白石湖煤中Na的主要气相产物为NaCl(g),并产生少量的Na(g)和NaOH(g),且随着温度的升高,两种煤析出的Na(g)和NaOH(g)逐渐增加,析出的NaCl(g)在 1 150℃时到达峰值,之后其析出量趋于平稳或降低;疆纳煤和白石湖煤在气化过程中,在 800℃~1 050℃下,均生成了大量的Na2CaAl4O8(g)和少量的Na4Al4O8(g),且当气化温度高于1 100℃后,Na2CaAl4O8 和Na4Al4O8 均分解消失;疆纳煤和白石湖煤在气化过程中,从 1 000℃开始生成液态渣,液态渣中Na的化合物主要为Na2O、NaAlO2、Na2S、NaAlS2、NaFeO2 和NaFeS2 等,这些含Na矿物质易发生共熔反应,生成低熔点共熔体,降低疆纳煤和白石湖煤的灰熔融温度,增加灰渣的黏性,导致结渣等问题.
Thermodynamic simulation of Na speciation distribution of Xinjiang coal during the gasification process
In order to study the speciation distribution of Na element in Xinjiang coal during the gasification process,based on the principle of thermodynamic equilibrium,Factsage software was used to carry out the chemical thermodynamic simulation analysis of the gasification process of Baishihu coal and Jiangna coal.The results showed,(1)Under gasification conditions,when the temperature was 800℃to 1 400℃,the main gaseous products of Jiangna coal and Baishihu coal were NaCl(g),and a small amount of Na(g)and NaOH(g)were produced.With the increase of temperature,the content of Na(g)and NaOH(g)precipitated from the two coals gradually increased,and the content of NaCl(g)reached the peak at 1 150℃,and then its precipitation gradually stabilized or decreased.(2)During the gasification process of Jiangna coal and Baishihu coal,a large amount of Na2CaAl4O8(g)and a small amount of Na4Al4O8(g)were generated at 800℃-1 050℃.When the gasification temperature was higher than 1 100℃,both Na2CaAl4O8 and Na4Al4O8 were decomposed and disappeared.(3)In the gasification process of Jiangna coal and Baishihu coal,liquid slag was generated starting from 1 000℃.The Na compounds in liquid slag were mainly Na2O,NaAlO2,Na2S,NaAlS2,NaFeO2 and NaFeS2.These minerals were prone to eutectic reaction and generate eutectic with low melting point,which would reduce the ash melting temperature of Jiangna coal and Baishihu coal,increase the viscosity of ash,and lead to slagging and other problems.
