风口焦炭特性研究对指导高炉操作及配煤具有重要作用.分析了目前不同风口取样方法在高炉冶炼中的应用,综述了风口焦炭粒度、矿物相、光学组织和反应性的研究现状.对今后风口焦炭取样分析进行了展望,认为风口取样分析对高炉低碳化、智能化发展具有重要意义.
Research progress on blast furnace tuyere sampling and tuyere coke characteristics
Research on the characteristics of tuyere coke plays an important role in guiding the blast furnace operation and coal blending.The current application of different tuyere sampling methods in blast furnace smelting was analyzed,and current main research content and status of granularity,mineralogical phase,optical texture and reactivity of tuyere coke were reviewed.The outlook on future tuyere coke sampling analysis was described,and it was believed that the tuyere sampling analysis was of great significance to the low-carbon and intelligent development of the blast furnace.
