赤泥是氧化铝生产过程中产生的污染性工业废渣,大量堆放不仅占用土地,还造成严重的环境污染,因此赤泥综合利用技术的开发势在必行.介绍了赤泥在建筑材料领域(包括生产水泥、建筑用砖、轻质隔热材料、微晶玻璃)、废水处理、废气吸附、有价元素(铁元素、钛元素、钪元素)提取以及农业生产领域的应用情况,指出绿色低碳、大规模综合利用是未来赤泥利用技术的开发重点.
Research progress on utilization technology of red mud
Red mud is the polluting industrial waste residue produced in the process of alumina production.A large amount of stacking not only occupies the land,but also causes serious environmental pollutions,so it is imperative to develop comprehensive utilization technology of red mud.The application of red mud in the fields of building materials(including production of cement,building bricks,light insulation materials,glass ceramics),wastewater treatment,waste gas adsorption,extraction of valuable elements(iron,titanium,scandium)and agricultural production was introduced.The development of green,low-carbon and large-scale comprehensive utilization technology was the focus of red mud treatment in the future.
