摘要

简述了焦炉结构,分析了焦炉所用传统耐火材料存在的不足,介绍了一些新型耐火材料的性能特点及其在焦炉蓄热室、烟道、燃烧室、炭化室、加煤孔、上升管、炉门、热回收焦炉布风器等部位的应用,并对比分析了使用效果.生产实践结果表明:新型耐火材料的应用,对焦炉的节能、环保、使用寿命都具有积极影响,有助于焦化企业的环保升级、降本增效.

Abstract

The structure of the coke oven was briefly described.The shortcomings of conventional refractory materials used in coke oven were analyzed,the performance characteristics of new refractory materials and their applications in the coke oven regenerator,flue,combustion chamber,coking chamber,coal-adding hole,riser,furnace door and oven air distributor for heat recovery were presented,and the comparative analysis was made on their effects after use.Production practice results demonstrated that the application of new refractory materials had a positive impact on energy conservation,environmental protection and service life of coke oven,contributing to the environmental upgrading,cost reduction and efficiency enhancement of coking enterprises.
