Study on treatment process optimization of high-quality recycled water in coal chemical industry
The product water of treating high-quality recycled water by the RO+mixed bed process in one cycle was significantly lower than that of treating reservoir water, affecting the boiler water makeup. In response to the above problem, the reasons for the low periodic water production volume when treating high-quality recycled water by the RO+mixed bed process were analyzed, and a pilot study was conducted on replacing the RO+mixed bed process with the RO+EDI process for treating high-quality recycled water. The test results showed that when the RO+EDI process was adopted to treat high-quality recycled water, the reuse rate of recycled water could increase from 30% to 100%,the electrical conductivity and silicon content of the produced water met the requirements of the relevant boiler feed water standards, and at the same time, the cost of water production per ton could be reduced from 1.63 yuan to 1.02 yuan, showing obvious process advantages.
