煤矿浮选尾矿绿色充填开采技术研究及应用

针对火烧铺煤矿煤矸石堆放量已超过设计量的问题,通过中煤筛分试验、煤泥筛分试验、选矿试验以及充填材料强度测定试验,进行了煤矿浮选尾矿绿色充填开采技术研究,并在火烧铺煤矿现场进行了应用.结果表明:磨矿细度、水玻璃用量、捕收剂种类和用量对尾矿产率和灰分含量的影响较大,确定最佳的磨矿细度为≤200目产物占比为 85%,水玻璃用量为 800 g/t,捕收剂选用LM-1,用量为 200 g/t.另外,开路浮选试验和闭路浮选试验所得产品灰分指标均能满足标准要求.浮选尾矿绿色充填技术现场应用效果表明:230708 充填工作面共计消耗煤矸石 124 000 m3,有效缓解了矿山煤矸石堆存的压力.
Research and application of green filling mining technology for coal mine flotation tailing
In view of the problem that the stacking amount of coal gangue in Huoshaopu Coal Mine had exceeded the design amount,through the middling coal screening test,slime screening test,beneficiation test and the test of strength measurement of filling materials,the green filling mining technology of coal mine flotation tailings was studied and applied in Huoshaopu Coal Mine.The results showed that the grinding fineness,water glass dosage,collector type and dosage had a significant impact on the tailings yield and ash content.The optimal condition was grinding fineness to be 85% product with size≤200 mesh,water glass dosage of 800 g/t,and LM-1 collector selected at a dosage of 200 g/t.In addition,the ash content indicators of the products obtained from both open circuit flotation test and closed circuit flotation test could meet the standard requirements.The on-site application effect of green filling technology for flotation tailings showed that the#230708 filling area consumed a total of 124 000 m3 of coal gangue,effectively alleviating the pressure of coal gangue storage of the mine.
